Cancellations and Refunds

You will be able to access your subscription Customer Portal managed by our payment partner Stripe, via the Subscription menu in the navigation of our site once you are logged in. You will find the Subscription menu under our name, usually in the top right hand side of the site.

To manage your subscription, select “Manage Billing” to open the Manage account setting page.

To upgrade your account, select the Update Plan button on the right hand side of the page.

To cancel your account, select the Cancel Plan button on the right hand side of the page.
