Cancellations Policy

You will be able to access your Subscription Customer Portal managed by our payment partner, Stripe™.

Once logged in you will find your subscription menu under your name at the top right-hand side of the page, select 'My Details' to go to your Account Settings or select 'Manage Subscription' to be taken directly to Stripe™.

To manage your subscription, select "Manage Billing" in the Account Setting page.

To upgrade your account, select the "Update Plan" button.

To cancel your account, select the "Cancel Plan" button on the right-hand side of the page.
