Kugelhandgranate
The Kugelhandgranate (Khgr.) was a German, World War One era, spherical, externally serrated defensive grenade. The Kugelhandgranate had a 80 mm diameter cast iron body weighting ≈600 g that was filled with ≈50 g of explosive material. The Kugelhandgranate was fitted with a bronze bodied friction igniter, that had a delay period of approximately 7 seconds.
