The RLV-HEF is a Bulgarian 40 mm low-velocity (LV), high explosive fragmentation (HE-frag) grenade round, which is based on the Soviet/Russian-developed VOG-25 (ВОГ-25). The steel front body (warhead) of the RLV-HEF round is filled with A-IX-1 high explosive, whilst the rear holds the KVM-3 (КВМ-3) primer and a P-200 (П-200) propellant charge.
